The Ultimate Change

When the world feels like it has been against you for the longest time, it is almost inevitable to make for a miraculous story. There have been so many changes that have transpired over the past few months, not only in the real estate world as a whole, but also internally and personally. Things have been intertwined and mixed up in many ways. We are going up and down and all around in circles this year, and it’s been an exhilarating rollercoaster of growth and transformation!

Some days I'm extremely motivated and feel like the king of the world. Then some days I wake up and ask myself why I am doing all of this. I know I'm working harder than I have ever worked before. I am someone a lot of people are depending on lately, and it's been a true honor and a burden all in one. Having others need you is a great feeling but also very daunting. It's just like motherhood. Without you, it just doesn't work, and I take that position as something I am very proud of. This year has taught me a lot about myself and the people I am surrounding myself with.

I'm excited about where my future lies, and it's all due to my determination and aligning myself with the amazing people in my circle. Life truly is about the connections and relationships you make along the journey. I'm extremely excited to see how my life has transpired over the last few years. I can remember when I had just turned thirty and my life was turned upside down. Covid hit, shutdowns began, and then my professional life was blown up, which made me make decisions that I knew were the best but the toughest decisions I had to make. I cried, I was dwelling in the crap, and I really had no idea where my life was going to go. But I knew I had to make the moves I made so I was no longer stuck.

The craziest part of all was that I didn't even know HOW STUCK I WAS until I left! I had blinders on, and it was slowing me down from where I wanted to be. I know my life was meant for more, and I knew it was going to be hard. But if I hadn't done it then when I was so down, I would have never been where I am today.

Fast forward a few years now to the beginning of 2024. I had written down on a piece of paper that my goals for this year were to travel a lot more than I normally do. I wanted to travel at least twice a quarter and one trip for my kids on vacation. Turns out this year has been a crazy busy one with a total of...

January - One trip to celebrate my mom's birthday with Lil sis in PR.

February - Trip to Boston for a Boston Magazine photo shoot. Not a plane trip but an amazing experience.

March - Trip to Vegas for the Century 21 Conference where we spoke and had several sessions where we taught amazing realtors a thing or two about Google & Social media.

April - Trip to Dallas with the Bestie - Steph for a Tom Ferry Mastery! The best kind of conferences to go to.

May - A trip to Fenway Park for the company family day & a few other local events for the team!

June - Countless trips to the pool, Up north for a wedding, The Carnival was in town & local team events

July - Family trip to Puerto Rico and explored the island which was amazing.

August - Team Trip to Sicily, Italy an amazing experience everyone should do at least once! The food was amazing and way better than America!

September - Quick trip to Vegas for a two-day session on Followupboss & Zillow Showcase And make it back in time for family apple picking.

October - Trip to Dallas for another Tom Ferry Team Lead Mastery where top team leaders get together to share what's working for their team on Team growth and Bottom line!

November - Is just here now. I don't have any trips planned just yet for the rest of the year. But Im already getting the travel bug again and maybe heading back to PUERTO RICO SOON if not def first thing in 2025!

Now I know for a fact that if I had stayed stuck all those years ago, I would have never been traveling like I am today. I would never be able to get closer to my goals, and I would not be as happily busy as I am today. I am so extremely grateful for where I am and who I am surrounded by.

If something is not working in your life and you're feeling stuck.

NOW IS THE TIME TO MAKE A CHANGE.
